Nikon D300

I just got my new Nikon D300 in the mail! I'm sooo excited. Now I just need to learn how to use everything on it!

Yes, I attend the University of Idaho. I like the shots you have of this past winter. -11 degree :P That is one COLD walk to campus, let me tell you, lol. I am jealous of your D300 too! I have a D60. Thanks for the welcome. Let me know if you want to get together to shoot sometime, I have some Canon friends locally ;)

Yeah...that walk sucked. The whole damn week. The D300 is awesome but man it took me a while to get it! I shot with a D50 for 2.5 years. I haven't done much shooting lately, other than for the Argonaut. I'm the assistant photo editor, so I do a quite a bit of work there. I want to get some portrait/fashion sessions going soon.

Awesome, as you can tell, I shoot mainly automotive events :) But photography in general is a great interest of mine. Do you happen to post on NikonCafe.com?

Its a Nikon board with 15,000 members from all over the world. Lots of good photography is posted and discussed. Tons of information on lenses and anything photography related.
